How to Add a Digital Business Card to Apple Wallet
A visual, step-by-step guide. Takes about a minute — no extra app required. Once it's in your wallet, you can share your card with a tap, even offline.
Digital business cards are the modern replacement for paper cards. But what makes them truly powerful is the ability to store them directly in Apple Wallet. Instead of fumbling through apps or searching for a link, your card lives alongside your boarding passes and payment cards — ready to share in seconds.
Why Add Your Card to Apple Wallet?
- Always accessible — your card is available even without an internet connection.
- One-tap sharing — pull up the QR code straight from Wallet and let people scan it.
- Native experience — recipients trust wallet passes and know exactly how to save them.
Step-by-Step: Add Your Card to Apple Wallet
You'll need an iPhone with iOS 15 or later. Apple Wallet is pre-installed, so there's nothing extra to download.
Open your card and tap “Add to Apple Wallet”
Open your LiftBiz card in Safari on your iPhone (for example, myliftbiz.com/u/your-handle). Scroll to the Add to Apple Wallet button and tap it.

Preview the pass and tap “Add”
iOS opens a preview of your business card pass — your photo, name, title, and QR code. Review it, then tap Add in the top-right corner. That's it — the pass is saved.

Share it straight from the Wallet app
Open the Wallet app anytime and tap your card. Hand the phone over so someone can scan the QR code — they'll land on your live card and can save your contact details in one tap.

Apple Wallet passes work offline and integrate with the iOS Share Sheet, so you can also send your card via Messages, AirDrop, or email without leaving the Wallet app.
What Information Is Stored on the Pass?
Your wallet pass includes the key details from your LiftBiz profile: name, job title, company, email, phone number, website, and a QR code that links back to your live card. When someone scans the QR code, they'll see your full profile and can save your contact details directly to their address book.
Troubleshooting Tips
- Can't see the “Add to Apple Wallet” button? It only shows on Pro cards. Upgrade from your billing screen to unlock wallet passes.
- Nothing happens when you tap the button? Open the card in Safari, not an in-app browser (like the one inside Instagram or LinkedIn). Wallet passes only install from Safari.
- Pass looks out of date? Wallet passes are generated when you add them. If you update your LiftBiz profile later, remove the old pass and add it again to get the latest version.
On Android? Google Wallet Support
LiftBiz supports Google Wallet too. Follow our Google Wallet step-by-step guide to save your card on Android.
