Getting started
- What is LiftBiz?
- LiftBiz is a digital business card. Instead of handing out paper, you build a card once and share a single link or QR code. Anyone can open it on any device — no app required.
- Do I need a credit card to sign up?
- No. The Free plan is genuinely free, forever, with no card required. You only enter payment details if you decide to upgrade to Pro.
- How long does it take to set up my card?
- Most people are done in under five minutes — add your name, photo, contact details, and you're ready to share.
Plans and billing
- What's the difference between Free and Pro?
- Free includes one card, a shareable link, a QR code, and Apple/Google Wallet support. Pro adds unlimited cards, a custom theme color, a custom URL slug, vCard download, view-and-click analytics, and removes the LiftBiz footer. See the Pricing page for the full list.
- How much is Pro?
- $5 per month, billed monthly.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from the Billing screen and you won't be charged again. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Payments are non-refundable. Because of that, we recommend trying the Free plan first. Read the full Refund Policy.
Sharing your card
- How do I share my card?
- Every card has a public URL (e.g. myliftbiz.com/u/your-name) and a built-in QR code. Drop the link in an email signature, send it over text, or let someone scan the QR from your phone.
- Does the person I share with need to install anything?
- No. Your card opens like any web page in their browser. They can save your contact straight to their phone with one tap.
- Can I add my card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?
- Yes — both are supported. We have a step-by-step guide: How to add your card to Apple & Google Wallet.
- Can I use a custom URL?
- Pro users can pick a custom slug like myliftbiz.com/u/jane-smith. Free cards get an auto-generated slug.
Analytics and privacy
- What analytics do I get on Pro?
- Pro cards show total views, total link clicks, a 14-day views trend, and a breakdown of which links (email, phone, website, etc.) people are tapping most.
- Is the data on my card private?
- Anything on a published card is public — that's the whole point of sharing it. We don't sell your data or use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
- Can I unpublish my card?
- Yes. Toggle a card to draft and its public URL stops resolving immediately. Your data stays in your account so you can republish later.
Account
- How do I delete my account?
- Email us at admin@stephenhaydesign.com and we'll permanently delete your account and associated data.
- I found a card that's impersonating someone — what do I do?
- Please report it. We review every report and act quickly on impersonation, phishing, and abuse.
