Effective June 28, 2026
Don't break the law
Don't use LiftBiz to do anything illegal, to facilitate illegal activity, or to violate someone else's rights — including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights.
Don't impersonate or deceive
Don't pretend to be a person, company, or brand you don't represent. Don't use someone else's photo or contact details without their permission. Don't create cards designed to phish, scam, or otherwise deceive the people who scan them.
No harmful or hateful content
No content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against people or groups. No content that exploits or endangers minors. No hate-targeted material, sexually explicit content, or graphic violence on your card or its linked destinations.
No malware or abuse of the service
Don't upload or link to malware, phishing pages, or content designed to compromise devices. Don't probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without our written permission. Don't try to bypass rate limits, plan restrictions, or authentication.
No spam
Don't use LiftBiz cards or links to send unsolicited bulk messages. Don't bulk-create cards or accounts to game analytics or discovery.
Respect other users
Don't scrape, harvest, or republish other users' card data outside of the intended sharing experience.
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend cards, or terminate accounts that violate this policy. For serious violations we may report activity to law enforcement. We aim to act proportionately and, where possible, give you a chance to fix the issue first.
