Terms of Service

You need an account to create or edit a card. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to sign up.

You keep ownership of the information, photos, and links you publish on your card. By using LiftBiz you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and deliver that content for the purpose of operating the service (for example, serving your public card page or generating a wallet pass).

You represent that you have the right to share the content you upload and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

You agree not to use LiftBiz in ways prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or remove cards and accounts that violate it.

Free plans are limited to a single card. Pro features require a paid subscription billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing screen; cancellation stops future charges and access continues through the end of the paid period.

We're a small team and the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. On termination, your public card pages stop resolving and we delete associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stephen Hay Design LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State where Stephen Hay Design LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
