Privacy Policy

Account data. When you sign up we store your email address and, if you use a social login, the basic profile your provider returns (name, avatar).

Card content. The information you choose to put on your card — name, job title, company, bio, photo, cover image, email, phone, website, address, theme color, and slug.

Usage analytics. If you're on Pro, we record anonymous page-view and link-click events for your card so you can see how it's performing. We don't sell this data.

Billing data. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We store a customer reference and your subscription status, not card numbers.

To operate the service: serve your public card pages, generate Apple/Google Wallet passes, send transactional emails, process payments, prevent abuse, and provide support.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it to train AI models.

Anything on a published card — including your name, photo, and any contact details you add — is intentionally public. Don't put information on your card that you don't want strangers to see.

We rely on a small set of providers to run the service, including a database/auth host, a payment processor, and a hosting platform. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

We use a small number of cookies and local storage entries that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

Account and card data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your cards and personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (for example, payment records for tax purposes).

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time from your account, or by emailing us. Depending on your jurisdiction you may also have rights to export, restrict, or object to certain processing — contact us and we'll help.

LiftBiz is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

We'll update this page if our practices change and bump the effective date at the top.
